The consumer is at the center of everything we do. So we built our entire organization around the consumer. Our company is split up into four departments; hence the name Three Plus One (we had three at first before realizing that we totally forgot to include the creative department!) in-which each department focuses on what they do best:

The Suits: Even though they never wear any. This department is ultimately responsible for the client relationship and financial results. They bring the voice of the client into the room and balance the best interests of the agency with the best solutions for clients. They also handle all our resources, be it our printing partners, creative affiliates and/or media allies, implementing our strategies and making our limitless imagination come to life.

The Dark Rims: Named after the dark rimmed glasses they all wear. They are our thinkers, ultimately accountable for architecting and activating the consumer journey at the right time and place, understanding what drives behavior and translate that into effective and inspiring strategy, ensuring strategic integrity throughout the entire process. They are also our Data Strategists and are responsible for extracting intelligence and insight from data, driving both strategy development and performance optimization. They bring the consumer experience into the room; building and modifying the consumers’ experience throughout the entire process.

The Biters: Also known as our schizophrenic creative team of which one of them once actually bit a client for touching his mouse. They believe that they were once test-subjects at the Roslin Institute in Edinburgh, Scotland, where their genetics were altered and modified to make them the anti-social, funny-looking beings that they are, giving them super natural design abilities that they will use to take over the world. We believe that our half human – Half Pantone friends actually bring emotions to the brand – and the brand closer to the consumer’s heart – Though we are too afraid to let them out of their cage during working hours.

The Catalysts: Usually mistaken for the 'NO BODIES'. This department is ultimately responsible for all our internal logistics, traffic and communications. They are the ones who make sure that the madness that is Three Plus One is contained and as free as possible from chaos, so that every team member can focus on his or her work and not have to worry about the silly small things like feeding the fish, watering the plants, learning how to use a fax machine, using a cell phone, photocopying things or learning how to physically interact with one another like real humans do.
